Welcome to the Human Resource Management Program under AIES. The curriculum offers a comprehensive exploration of current human resource theories and practices, guiding students through key areas such as recruitment, selection, performance management, employee development, labor laws, ethics, and organizational strategy. Students who complete the Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management gain applied knowledge and practical tools relevant to supporting human resource functions across a range of organizational settings. Entry Requirements

MSCE
Students must have a full Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) with credit pass in English and one Science Subject if applying for Public Health and Nutrition.
College admits both male and female students.
Students are admitted from any religious and social background.
